SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We choose Carbon Neutral shipping wherever possible. We use Australia Post or Sendle as our shipping partners both of which offer carbon neutral shipping. Most if not all of our parcels are shipped with biodegradable or home compostable packaging.
Order are generally shipped within 3 working days after the payment is received. If there is a delay with your order, we will be in touch to let you know.
We do ship worldwide, though the service used may vary according to the destination and your requirements.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and in most cases you will receive tracking updates from the providers.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
You can choose between Standard or Express shipping within Australia. Please see below for our domestic shipping rates.

Delivery by insured or registered mail is our favoured service and commonly takes up to a week for domestic orders. This may vary around peak seasons. You can learn more about shipping timeframes here.
- We can also use courier for quicker delivery or where insured/ registered mail is not available. If you prefer this, please get in touch with us.
SHIPPING TO NZ, UK, USA, CANADA & REST OF THE WORLD
For most international orders we offer Standard and Express shipping. If you would like your order to be couriered, please send us an email. Depending on your country some services may not be available to you.
Delivery commonly takes up to 3 weeks for international orders. You can learn more about shipping timeframes here
Please note that our shipping charges do NOT include additional fees such as customs duty. For further information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local authorities directly.
Any parcels returned to us by customs (due to lack of claim, collection or unpaid customs duty) will only be refunded for the price of items and will forego shipping costs.
Shipping charges outside of Australia are calculated based on weight and parcel dimensions. Below are some shipping estimates but depending on your order, charges may differ.

RETURNS & EXCHANGESWhile the responsibility for the choosing the shoe, belt or any other product size rests entirely with the customer, we understand that these can be difficult to do online. We recommend checking the sizing charts prior to ordering. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!
You can exchange your product for another item or return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that exceptions apply to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted/ Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, but we would love to help with an exchange where possible.
- No refunds are provided for items sold with promotional codes or coupon codes, but they can be returned for store credit.
- No refund or exchange is applicable to personal care items and intimates (e.g. socks)No refunds are provided on change of mind orders.
- Returned items must have original boxing (if applicable) and returned in safe packaging. Please use original packaging to ship items back where possible and save on planet resources.
- Returned items must not be damaged, have visible signs of wear or use. Please try shoes on clean, carpeted surfaces.
All customers, domestic and international are responsible for postage and handling charges for returns and exchanges. Refunds and store credits are provided for item prices only.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email us at email@example.com to evaluate your best options. If you are returning the product for a size exchange, it’s best to contact us before shipping the product back to us as we often go through a series of questions so we can evaluate what might be a better fit for you.
Please add proof of purchase (a copy of the sales receipt) to the parcel. Please retain a copy of receipt for your records. If you would like to save paper, you can take a photo of the receipt and put the original in the parcel.

It is highly recommended that you opt for tracking and insurance when sending your parcel back. Items rarely go missing, but if they do, we cannot take responsibility for them.
What Happens Next?
Once your parcel is received and item/s are found in original, unworn and unused condition, we will organise your exchange/ refund. Please note that acceptance of any & each return is at the sole discretion of Vegan Wares.
Exchanges will generally be shipped out within 3 business days.
Refunds and Store Credits are processed with 5 business days.
Depending on your method of payment, refunds may take 3-10 business days to come through.
