are able to make shoes & boots to order at economical prices - within
certain limitations.
This is a general
outline of what we can do.

We can make many of
our regular styles:
-
to wider fittings,
and some to narrower fittings
-
with different toe
shapes
-
in different colours
-
with different coloured
and / or longer length stitching on the upper
-
We can make minor
modifications to existing Vegan Wares styles
-
We can make other
styles not shown at this web site if you provide a picture or an actual
shoe to be copied. Note that we can not necessarily make exact copies,
but can usually get pretty close.
Please note however
that we are not orthopaedic or custom shoe makers. Rather, we offer
a variety of fitting options from our extensive collection of standard
sizes, and can make minor adjustments to width & length - at close
to off-the-shelf prices !

Our conditions
of sale for make-to-order items include the following provisions:

You must provide us
with foot measurements and in many cases, subject to discussion, an (old
?) shoe that fits you well which we can use for size referencing (this
largely eliminates any uncertainty about your correct size). See

page for further details.

An extra $20 charge
applies for colour options; modest additional fees also apply for
style modifications & creation of new styles

All postage / freight
costs are to be borne by the purchaser.

Goods can be returned
to us for exchange or credit (but not refund) provided they are unworn
and are dispatched back to Vegan Wares within 7 days of receipt.
If you would prefer
to simply buy the vegan shoe materials from us & have a local cobbler
make your shoes, that is also possible. For further details of available

page. Many
of the colours we carry are illustrated below.
